What do I do when I get to Cosmo Car Park?
Park your car at the designated drop off point in front of the reception. Show you booking confirmation to a member of staff. They will take or confirm your details and take payment if necessary. Next - hand over your keys, you will be given a ticket and finally board the bus. Easy.
What happens when I return from my trip?
When you have picked up your luggage, give us a call on the free phone number (provided on the ticket) to enable us to have the bus waiting for you when you exit the airport.
The pick up point is directly to the right as you exit the terminal. You should see signs for ‘Car Park Buses.’
At Cosmo Car Park hand over your ticket to a member of staff. They will give you your keys and show you where your car is parked.
Will there be a courtesy bus running early in the morning or late at night?
We operate a 24-hour transfer service to the terminal, though the frequency may vary depending upon time of day. When you return from your trip give us a call when you have picked up your baggage. This will enable us to have the bus ready when you exit the terminal.
How are parking charges calculated? Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?
The rates depend on the dates selected (not the times). One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. This means that overnight parking is 2 days. A Tuesday to Tuesday trip, for example, is calculated as 8 days. Hence a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive. All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Do my booking times have to be exact?
Can I change my arrival / departure time?
We only require approximate arrival and return times. You do not need to contact us with a change in your arrival or departure time unless you are arriving on a different day.
Is my car secure? How Secure is Cosmo Car Park?
Security is taken very seriously at Cosmo. Our car park is manned 24 hrs a day. The CCTV system, which monitors entrance and exit, was upgraded in July 2008.
Can I cancel / amend a car parking booking if my travel plans change?
